Other than being escorted from the isle back to my seat by Security when busting out my Flashdance routine at a Roxette concert, I also went to Scotty’s for a BBQ this weekend – he recently bought a house because he is an adult. All in all it was an eventful Labour Day Weekend.
The pork tenderloin I made grossed everyone out until it was cooked and it was so juicy and so tender I forgot to take a picture before tearing into it like a savage. I marinated the tenderloin for 8 hours with fresh chopped garlic, olive oil, soy sauce and pepper then threw it on the BBQ for about 35 minutes.
Also, the 2007 Stratus Red was incredibly smooth, local and expensive – it wasn’t mine.
