Prosciutto Wrap

The trick to eating low carb is ensuring you have interesting foods constantly available. I find low carb snacking challenging because it’s boring. How DARE the internet suggest I eat peanut butter on sticks of celery or make pepperoni chips – I’m a fucking lady.

You can’t go wrong with Prosciutto. I wrap that shit on everything: melon, cheese, green beans, and asparagus. In this recipe I wrap up crunchy alfalfa sprouts, asiago cheese and capers. Squeeze some lemon on top and grab utensils, cause you got class, gurl.

  • 1 – 2 pieces of prosciutto
  • Thinly shaved slice of asiago cheese
  • Small bunch of alfalfa sprouts
  • 6 capers
  • Squeeze of lemon

Wrap it up!
