Dude Food – Beer Potatoes

Maybe it’s because I usually cook for one or maybe it’s because I neglected to read the Etiquette Guide For Girls. Either way, sometimes I eat like a dude. Take for example, last night’s dinner. I had in the fridge: mini potatoes, butter, Portuguese pimento paste and a beer. I tossed it together and BAM, I grew a pair.

Dude Food – Beer Potatoes

In a casserole dish, add potatoes, half of one beer, pimento paste, a few globs of butter and sprinkle granulated garlic on top. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 400° for 20 – 30 minutes. Uncover, toss and bake for another 20 minutes.
